Ghill pricing

Ghill is priced per chapter, per semester, never per member. Pro is $75 for up to 50 members, Max is $149 for up to 150 members, and Legacy is $299 for 151 or more. Every feature is included in every plan.

There are no add-ons, no per-seat upgrades, and no feature gates. A 22-member colony and a 140-member chapter get exactly the same product. The only thing the plan tier changes is how many members your roster can hold.

MaxUp to 150$149 / semesterEvery feature
Legacy151 or more$299 / semesterEvery feature

Every plan includes recruitment and PNM tracking, group chat and direct messages, events with RSVPs and attendance reports, officer elections, a form builder with anonymous responses, points tracking and leaderboards, big-little matching, designated driver scheduling, and announcements with push notifications.

Who pays

The chapter pays, as a single line item, usually out of the operations or technology budget. Members never see a bill and never enter a card. When an exec adds someone to the roster, that person is prompted to create an account, and that is the whole process for them.

This matters more than it sounds. Tools that bill members individually put the treasurer in the position of chasing 90 people for $4 each, and adoption stalls at whoever remembered to pay. One chapter invoice means the whole roster is on the platform from day one.

Why per-chapter pricing instead of per-member

Most chapter software prices per member per semester or per year. The math looks harmless at a small size and gets punishing at scale: a $6 per member per semester rate is $132 for a 22-person colony and $840 for a 140-person chapter, for the same software.

Per-member pricing also creates a bad incentive at exactly the wrong moment. A chapter coming off a strong recruitment class gets a bill that grew with the class, so the natural response is to leave the new members off the platform until someone gets around to it. That is how rosters go stale, how attendance records develop gaps, and how the tool stops being the source of truth.

Flat per-chapter pricing removes that decision. Adding a member costs nothing, so execs add everyone immediately, and the roster stays accurate because keeping it accurate is free. Budgeting gets simpler too: the number is the same in the fall and the spring regardless of how recruitment went.

Billing details

Billing is per semester, so a chapter commits one term at a time rather than signing a year-long contract in October. Chapter data belongs to the chapter and stays private to that chapter. If a chapter cancels, that data is permanently deleted.

If your roster crosses a tier boundary mid-term, you move to the next tier at your next renewal, not retroactively.
